Can I send R.V. something to autograph for me?

While R.V. is flattered to be the recipient of such requests, he is at an age where he prefers to spend time with his family, enjoy the great outdoors, and tending his property. So, R.V. has teamed up with the Valor Studios company to have them handle a line of products for him, so his autograph will be available to the public but without complication to his life.

Due to this arrangement, the public is urged not to send packages/letters to R.V. containing items for him to sign, since these will not be returned. BACK TO TOP


Can I visit R.V. sometime?
At age 92 R.V. cannot accommodate visitors who show up on his doorstep, so we ask that his privacy be respected. BACK TO TOP


Can I give R.V. a call?
Due to hearing loss from his service as a mortarman during WWII, R.V. avoids use of the phone whenever possible. To help answer any questions that you would want to ask R.V. by phone, he has posted answers to his most frequently asked questions in "The Gallery" section of this website.

How is my print/book/photo shipped?
Prints are shipped carefully rolled in a strong tube. Books are shipped carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed. Photos are shipped in a hard, flat cardboard envelope. All items are shipped via the US Postal Service with full insurance equal to their retail price.

How fast will my order arrive?

Because delivery times vary by destination, for domestic orders please allow up to three weeks for receipt of your item. International orders will take longer. For specialized shipping instructions, please contact us by email.

Are the autographs on your items hand-signed?

Each store item, produced by Valor Studios, is hand-signed by Marine R.V. Burgin. Art prints are signed in pencil while books & photos are signed in pen/marker. BACK TO TOP


What happens if an item is damaged in transit to me?

Shipping damage seldom occurs. However, if an item is damaged in transit, we will help the buyer file an insurance claim with the USPS. In the unlikely event that this is necessary, we ask that the buyer notify us of any shipping damage within five days after he/she receives a shipment. BACK TO TOP


Do you accept returns and refunds or exchanges?

Since our high-quality products match our straightforward product descriptions, we do not allow returns, refunds, or exchanges for products unless a wrong item has been shipped. If there are any questions concerning a product please contact us before purchasing. BACK TO TOP


If I sign up for your V-Mail special announcement mailings, can I un-subscribe?

Certainly. If a site visitor signs up for our V-Mail special announcement mailings, all mailings would clearly describe how one could easily opt out of future mailings. BACK TO TOP


Do you collect and share my personal information?
We only collect names, postal addresses, email addresses, and other personally identifiable information when site visitors or customers voluntarily submit such information in placing an order or in signing up for our V-Mail special announcement mailings. We do not share your personal information with any outside companies for marketing purposes.

If one voluntarily submits personally identifiable information when ordering or when signing up for our V-Mail special announcements, your personal information is kept secure.
